Returns and Refunds

Our Shopify store settings currently allow return requests within 30 days of delivery. To ask about a return, email reevesdstore@gmail.com and include your order number and the reason for the request.

Please contact us before sending any item back so we can confirm the applicable instructions. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with a description and photos if possible.

Return eligibility, item condition requirements, and any product-specific exceptions may apply. We will review your order and explain the applicable next steps before you send an item back. Refunds are not guaranteed until the request has been reviewed.
